Thank you for interest in volunteering to work with us at the K.N.E.C. Stop Killing..Start Living Rally, October 15, 2011.

Please complete the Volunteer Application below after reading the Volunteer Waiver and Release Form.

We need volunteers in the following areas, but keep in mind that we may have to make assignments based on the number of volunteers and the areas

VOLUNTEER WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

Volunteers must have a signed waiver on file prior to reporting to volunteer station

I do hereby release K.N.E.C., and Cando Event Planning , or any of its assigns, employees or contractors from any and all claims, causes of action or liability, which I now have or which may arise in the future resulting from or arising from my association with the Council.

I further hereby waive any and all claims, which may arise in consideration of the waiver of claims by other volunteers. I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Waive and Release Form and have executed the same freely and voluntarily.

I further affirm that I am at least 16 years old, not currently the subject of any criminal investigation or prosecution, nor do I have a criminal record in the State of Florida or any other locale.
